Lemon tonic dating

To help we have put together a selection of our favourite gin cocktails: The Gin Martini comes in many forms, be it classic, dirty, or filthy, there is something for everyone. Ingredients: 60ml of a good quality gin of your choice 20ml of Dry Vermouth, we recommend Noily Prat Glass: Martini Garnish Choice: Classic – lemon peel Dirty – 3 green olives & olive brine Filthy – Anchovy Method: Add the gin and vermouth into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Simply strain into a well chilled martini glass and add garnish of choice.
What you need: 15ml Hibiscus Beefeater Pink10ml Campari150ml Schweppes 1783 Floral Tonic Water Method: Build gin and Campari in a wine glass over cubed ice. Add straw and garnish with lemon What you need:50ml London Dry Gin10ml Sugar Syrup20ml Lemon Juice Good quality lager or pale ale Method: Combine all ingredients, except the beer, in an ice filled shaker Shake well Double strain into a chilled glass Top with chilled beer Garnish with a lemon twist or hop What you need:40 ml Sipsmith London Dry Gin10ml Sugar Syrup20ml Fresh Lemon Juice20ml Sipsmith Sloe Gin Crème de mûre to float Method: Build in a Rocks glass with cube ice and stir Top with crushed ice Drizzle over Sloe gin or Crème de mûre for the float Garnish with a blackberry.
Strain into a tumbler that has been filled with ice. A favourite in many a cocktail bar for the gin drinker, sour yet sweet to taste, impressive to look at and easy to recreate at home with just a few key ingredients.
Ingredients: 50ml of a good quality gin of your choice 15ml of lemon juice 15ml of sugar syrup 15ml of Blackberry liquer (Chambord or Monin are good options) 4 blackberries – muddled Glass: Old fashioned tumbler Garnish: Lemon and blackberries Method: Firstly fill a tumbler with crushed ice, set aside.
Then add in the gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup, fill with lots of ice and shake well.
Strain into an ice filled tumbler and add the basil leaf garnish.
